Hello!  My name is Ms. Tilghman-Paczesny and I am the preschool site supervisor and transitional kindergarten coordinator here at the Pacoima Charter State Preschool.  Our preschool and TK programs (both of which falls under the Universal Pre-Kindergarten program) focuses on the development of the whole child.  We develop academic, fine/gross motor and social emotional skills to give the children a strong foundation to take on the academic rigors of school in the years to come.  If you have any questions about our early childhood education programs, feel free to contact me.
