Greetings readers!

 

My name is Mr. Soria and I am Pacoima Charter School's librarian.  I have been with PCS for over 15 years.  I accrued much experience within our school's culture and community.  Over my many years here, I have worked in multiple departments and learned many skills.  This has allowed me to become very knowledgeable in various aspects.  The library allows me to utilize those skills and experiences to bring the love of reading to our students.  My goal is to allow our students to discover or rediscover the joys of reading.  The importance of not only improving literacy, but the enrichment that comes with the adventures you take while reading cannot be understated.  There is no such thing as a child who doesn't enjoy reading...only those who haven't found the right book.
